These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sheesh Labs website and any products or services we make available (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, or attempt unauthorised access.

2. Products

Individual products may have their own additional terms. For RankWave AI, the RankWave AI Terms of Service apply to that product and its cloud service.

3. Intellectual property

The Sheesh Labs name, logo, website content and branding are owned by Sheesh Labs. Open-source software we release is governed by its respective licence (for example, RankWave AI's WordPress plugin is distributed under the GPL v2 or later).

4. Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheesh Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

6. Changes

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which Sheesh Labs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Your non-waivable statutory rights are unaffected.
